There are few events that disrupt our lives as much as Personal Injury and Disability. Sustaining an injury in an accident can be a very difficult time in your life. You suddenly lose your good health and ability to enjoy and participate in everyday activities. You may be in pain and overwhelmed with medical bills and expenses. With the right personal injury advocate on your side, you can breathe a sigh of relief and let someone else carry at least part of the burden, allowing you to concentrate on your recovery.

We will represent your interest. We realize that every client and personal injury case may have unique needs. We take the time to listen to you through careful intake and analysis. With our experience and reputation in the legal community we can often reduce or even eliminate litigation entirely. Our experienced attorneys will make certain the law works for you when you are injured.

If you are injured because of another person’s carelessness you have a right to be compensated. We believe that “for every wrong there should be a remedy”. The lawyers in our office will help you recieve the best financial compensation that the law provides.

We will not charge you until your personal injury case has been settled and you recieve compensation.

If you are injured on the job, you may be entitled to Workers’ Compensation. Most job-related injuries or job-related diseases are covered by Workers’ Compensation. Benefits are paid regardless of fault.

Remember, the injury does not have to take place at the moment you are actually performing your work, so long as it is job related. Workers’ Compensation can provide you with these important benefits: Medical Care: An injured employee is entitled to recieve all reasonable and necessary medical, surgical and hospital care. Where necessary, an employee may also be entitled to physical, mental or vocational rehabilitation. Temporary Total Disability: While you are off work due to injury, you are entitled to weekly payments. These payments should be made to you until you are able to return to work. Additional Benefits: If, as a result of this injury, you sustain any permanent disability, you are entitled to compensation for your permanent total or partial disability.

We will not charge you until your Workers' Compensation case has been settled and you recieve compensation.

Do you need help obtaining Social Security Disability benefits?  We represent people who have applied for Social Security Supplemental Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability (Title II) benefits.

Social Security benefits provide basic protection against loss of income due to disability. Under Social Security, a person is considered disabled when he or she has a physical or mental impairment or a combination of impairments that prevent him or her from working for a year. You should apply for benefits as soon as you become disabled. We will help you with each step. We will interview you, help you get the right forms, review them, gather medical documentation and represent you at legal hearings.

There is no fee unless we win your case.

We assist clients in arriving at fair and equitable resolutions to all family matters with an emphasis on calming an emotionally charged atmosphere and protecting the interests of the children.
